Shipping & delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Standard domestic shipments generally arrive in 3–7 business days after processing; shipments to the United States generally arrive in 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery timing may vary by region and carrier.
Products & ingredients
We sell targeted treatments including niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, peptides, direct acids and moisturizers, plus body and hair items and select makeup. For concentration details, usage guidance or ingredient questions, view the product listing or contact us for assistance.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns within 30 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return; refunds are processed within about 7 business days. Original outbound shipping is not refundable. There is no restocking fee.
